Ingredients for Radish Kofta
Radish – 2
Gram flour – 4-5 tsp
Tomato – 1
Curd – 3 tbsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Green chili – 2-3
Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Radish Kofta Recipe
To make Radish Kofta, first break the leaves of Radish and peel the Radish and grate it. Now press the grated radish with hand to remove the water present in it. After this, put the watered radish in a big bowl and add gram flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt as per taste and mix them all well. After this add chopped green chilies to it.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, make koftas from the radish mixture and put them in the pan and deep fry them. Fry the koftas till they turn golden, then take them out in a plate. Prepare koftas in the same way from all the mixture and keep them separately.

Now put 2-3 spoons of oil in another pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin, asafoetida and fry it for 10-15 seconds. After this add ginger and garlic paste and let it cook. After roasting the spices, add finely chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric powder and fry for 2-3 minutes. When the masala starts leaving oil, add curd to it and mix. After some time add 1 cup of water and let the gravy cook.
